The modern and charming farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults or 8 guests, including children. Each of the three bedrooms features plush bedding, tempting those to indulge in a restful sleep-in. The two lavish bathrooms feature heated floors, waterfall showers, and freestanding tubs, including a Japanese soaking tub - a guest favourite! Its luxury offering, is elevated by the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with a large island bench and a commercial coffee machine, perfect for sumptuous breakfasts, lazy long lunches, or candlelit dinners. Adjoining this is a masterful open-plan living space bathed in natural light, offering breathtaking views of the farm’s undulating landscape. Cosy up on linen sofas for a game of chess by the Cheminee Phillipe wood-burning fireplace, enjoy nostalgic tunes on the record player, or dive into a good book. We also provide board games and even an acoustic guitar for your entertainment. Outside, you’ll discover various seating areas, including the timber deck with a gas barbecue overlooking the green lawn, ideal for picnics or a friendly kick of the ball. As dusk settles, the outdoor fire pit invites you to tell some tales, connect the glistening dots in the sky, or even rustle up a meal over the open wood-burning grill. This is where forever memories are made and the stillness of nature is embraced. We can't wait to share this special place with you.

Wallaringa Farm is a 750 acre beef cattle farm nestled in the Hunter Valleys magical Dungog Shire, NSW. We are a family-owned luxury farm stay accomodation dedicated to sharing the beauty and charm of Australian rural life with our guests. Our farm offers an idilic escape from the hustle and bustle of city living, where you can immerse yourself in the farms landscape and embrace the openness and simplicity of country living.

GUEST SCREENING & SECURITY Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a non-refundable damage waiver OR authorise damage deposit which includes small service fee. TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly advise obtaining travel insurance (Allianz, Cover1) to cover any travel disruptions, including COVID-19 exposure, lockdowns, isolation orders, and other unforeseen events like road closures due to weather or flight cancellations. OCCUPANCY Our farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults or 8 guests, including children. For safety reasons, only children are permitted to use the top bunks. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR CAMPING Wallaringa Farm is a tranquil retreat exclusively for our guests. No house parties, weddings, camping, caravans, camper-vans, events, or gatherings of any kind are allowed. PHOTOSHOOTS Arrangements for photoshoots must be made in advance. Additional fees apply; please inquire via our website by contacting us here. Charges will apply if we have discovered this has happened without our consent. NO SMOKING We maintain a smoke-free environment indoors and outdoors. Guests who violate this policy will incur extra cleaning and deodorising fees. EATING & DRINKING To preserve our furnishings, please refrain from consuming food and drinks in the bedrooms. Guests will be responsible for specialist cleaning costs for any damages. NO PETS For the safety of our livestock, pets are not permitted at Wallaringa Farm. Bringing a pet will result in a $1000 fine. DAMAGE & THEFT Illegal activities or theft will be reported to the local authorities without exception. BOOKING TERMS By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
