A beautiful stay is what Sea Notes is all about. Simplicity through pared-back styling, a natural palette borrowed from Yamba’s surroundings; driftwood, dunes and ocean, paired with natural textures and fibres, sea grass and the luxe lived-in feel of French flax linen.
Rollout a yoga mat for a morning stretch on a sun-drenched deck, laze in the hammock or hanging chair, sunny or shaded, it’s your home away from home.
The open plan kitchen is the heart of the house, with connected indoor / outdoor dining and social spaces. Fully equipped for you to create and share a feast, with generous fridge and pantry space for all of your holiday trimmings.
Soak in the bathroom under the walk-in rain shower or in the freestanding bathtub. Or enjoy an outdoor rinse beneath the frangipani under the hot + cold outdoor shower, the ideal spot to rinse off sand and salt when you return from the beach.
Access to The Sands resort is included with your stay, featuring a saltwater pool perfect for cooling down or soaking up sun. For the energetic, tennis courts offer a friendly hit.
Families + kids (young and young-at-heart) will love the Springfree trampoline and Castle & Cubby Barn in the garden.
Dog lovers rejoice – your well-behaved furry friend is welcome, and will enjoy the run of fully-fenced front & back gardens, with access to a long chain of dog-walking beaches – just across the road.

Booking Policy
House Rules
– No parties, events or schoolies stays.
– Dog Stays: bring your furry friend (limited to 1 well-behaved dog) sorry no cats. Dog must remain on the ground floor, off the furniture or outside at all other times. Please be sure to clean up all traces of your dog's stay before vacating.
– Please monitor/close windows when you are home and it is raining.
– Please close all windows when going out, we have frequent/unpredictable summer storms and the house interior can get wet (as there are no eaves protecting the window openings).
– Sea Notes has a ‘No Noise Policy’ after 10pm, affording everyone the opportunity to relax.
– We enjoy a close relationship with our neighbours, the community is generally quiet with a number of young families. Please be considerate of privacy and monitor noise levels.
– Please avoid sand in washing machine: (please rinse your sandy items under the outdoor shower or garden hose, before placing in the washing machine).
– No candles, incense sticks or joss sticks are permitted indoors for the consideration of the next incoming guests, no fires outdoors.
– Guest parking is in the driveway for 1 vehicle and on-street parking bays are available on a first come, first served basis.
– Please leave the right-hand garage and driveway free and available for the owners of townhouse 2.
Cancellation
Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
