Description
Stay in a unique, one of a kind, tiny house with a hot tub.
Views of the creek, perfectly set in nature, for you to check out of the rat race, when you check in.
The space
Palmer & Gunn Wee Tiny was built using reclaimed materials, vintage fittings, antique doors and windows, not to mention a beautifully curated collection of antique furniture & trinkets to create the most enchanting space for you to enjoy.
With high pitch ceilings, a queen sized bed, dressed with high quality French linen and an open-plan claw foot tub to relax in, this is a tiny house like no other.
Wee Tiny also boasts a charming veranda with an outdoor kitchen and an antique cast iron wood fired heater that overlooks the creek.
A beautiful spot by the fire to sit and mull the day or night away.
Austinville Valley is one of the Gold Coasts best kept secrets nestled below world heritage listed Springbrook National Park. The area boasts spectacular waterfalls, lush rainforest, ancient trees and impressive views.
So much to do close by, making this the perfect place to either do it all or do nothing at all. The choice is yours.
We have designed and built the Wee Tiny with the intention of being a sustainable space for people to enjoy without imposing heavily on the environment.
Palmer & Gunn Wee Tiny is off grid and has a composting toilet.
It is partially run on battery power, there is a USB port to charge your phone, however there are no plug-in appliances or power points.
Fear not we have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable including airconditioning.
Wee Tiny has an outdoor kitchen with 3 burner gas stove and small oven, stove top kettle and toaster, a small bar fridge, if you think you’ll need more space be sure to bring an esky and ice, ample bench space to whip up a feast and all of your basic cooking utensils, glassware and crockery.
We have also included a few extra things to make your stay just a bit more special, including organic loose-leaf tea, organic ground coffee, salt, pepper and oil.
On your way we recommend stopping in at Mudgeeraba where you will find all the necessary grocery stores to stock up on for your stay.
If you are after something special, a trip to The Kitchens at Robina Town Centre is where you will find specialty deli items.
The tiny does not have a television or WIFI and phone reception can be limited. So enjoy a game of cards or a board game, spend quality time with your loved one.
You have Wee Tiny, hot tub and the surrounding area all to yourself.
We have also included a Bluetooth speaker to play your favourite tunes while you stay.
Please note that mobile phone reception can be hit and miss, we recommend downloading your music before you come.
So when you arrive switch off and unwind.
The interior has been fitted with a beautifully restored cast iron claw foot bathtub in the open plan living area. We have provided eco-friendly bath products for your stay.
You can either soak the night away in the tub or use the large rainfall shower head.
Unfortunately Wee Tiny is not suitable for children or pets due to the dangers of the creek and livestock.
Please note the Wee Tiny can be booked for photoshoots at an additional fee and must be approved prior.
We are all about slow mornings, restful days to do whatever you wish to do in the moment and it's all yours to enjoy.
