Kamea boasts 2 living areas, dining area, kitchen, fireplace, deck, firepit and 3 bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.
You will have full access to the property which is fully fenced and there is parking along the front of the house in the driveway. You will be able to fit 2 cars comfortably along the house

Our rooms have blinds, heating and air conditioning. Our bathrooms include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, bath and beach towels and a full laundry.
There is a spare blanket in the king room wardrobe and 2 spare pillows in the twin room wardrobe.
There is also a full size mirror behind the wardrobe door in the king room
MAXIMUM GUESTS: Our property has specifically been designed for a maximum of 6 guests. If travelling with an infant please get in touch first.
BABY/iNFANT: A travel cot and high chair are available and must be requested at the time of booking.
LIVING 1 : Our main living area is fitted with a Smart TV with Netflix and a gas fireplace. There is also wifi throughout the house.
We appreciate that kids can be kids but to protect our white arm chairs we would appreciate you using the throws left in the living room as a covering if your children are sitting on the chairs.
LIVING 2: You will have access to a projector where you can log in to your Netflix account, Youtube or connect to your device. Just pull the blind down opposite the couch. This room also includes board games and books for adults, as well as children's games, books and toys for most ages (baby - 12 years approx), a dedicated workspace area and a record player.

Cancellation
Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
