- Check-in after 3:00 pm - Checkout before 10:00 am - No pets - Quiet hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am - No smoking - 9 guests maximum: 9 Guests are accepted, which allows for a maximum of 8 adults and 1 extra child only (under 12) at $50 extra using our Foldable Bed. Infants are FREE. You have the option of hiring our Port-a-Cot at $30 extra per stay in addition. No other exceptions will be allowed. - No parties or events: Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 14 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 7 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
