Situated just north of the east coast hinterland village of St Marys, it provides easy access to Tasmania’s renowned beaches, mountain biking trails, and wine routes.

Booking Policy
House Rules
Please note, our accommodation is designed for adults only and reservations including individuals under 18 must be arranged in advance upon request.
Due to the steep and uneven nature of the land and the fact our property is unfenced, we do not accept bookings which include infants, children or pets.
We gladly accommodate elopements and commercial photography, provided that arrangements are made in advance of booking and additional fees may apply.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am every day.
No smoking or open flames inside the home.
We have invested our passion, dedication, and personal savings into crafting this experience. We kindly request that guests treat our place with the utmost care and respect, ensuring its preservation for future guests to enjoy.
Cancellation
Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
