Tucked away on 10 acres of native bushland teeming with indigenous plants and wildlife, Bosk Haven is the perfect base for couples, families and friends to explore Victoria’s stunning High Country.
With the entire property to yourself, enjoy the spacious, newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom bush retreat nestled amongst the hills just outside Benalla, in the township of Lurg, 2.5 hours' drive from Melbourne.
With two high quality queen bedrooms, a double bunk room (4 beds), another room with a single bed and desk, a generous living area and a separate dining area, there is plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Recharge your batteries in the minimalist Scandi-inspired interior and enjoy the stunning abstract art and geometric shapes throughout the house while you read a book, play one of the many board games, relax by the woodfire or simply admire the view.
Bosk Haven boasts a beautiful garden to relax in or let the kids run around in while you sit on the deck and enjoy the views over the valley. Curl up with a book in the egg chair hanging on the verandah, play a game of totem tennis or watch the birds, butterflies and dragonflies coast by as you have a picnic under the trees. And don’t forget to say hi to all the other beautiful creatures that call the area home, including kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, fairy wrens, hares and rabbits while you go for a walk around the 10-acre grounds.

Booking Policy
House Rules
For the safety and enjoyment of all who stay at Bosk Haven, please observe our house rules:
- No pets or service animals (due to allergies & resident wildlife)
- Children must be closely supervised as there is an unfenced dam and wildlife on the property
- No smoking, vaping or illicit drug use on the property.
- Breakages, property damage or concerns regarding property condition must be promptly reported
- Check in and check out will be undertaken at agreed times.
- Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, with quiet hours between 10.00pm and 7.00am.
- Strictly no filming, events or parties
- Guest numbers will not exceed numbers booked for
- No firearms, hunting or recreational vehicles on the property
- No collection or removal of firewood allowed. (Guest firewood is supplied within the house & stored on rear verandah)
- Guests must adhere to seasonal fire restriction requirements
Cancellation
Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
