Our Heartful Heroes
Earning a Heartful badge means you're the best of the best when it comes to inclusion and sustainability.
In an effort to formally recognise those hosts committed to creating and maintaining inclusive and sustainable stays, Heartful has developed an innovative hero badge program, described below.
Heartful Heroes are considered the best of the best when it comes to heartful hosting. To receive this badge, a listed property must meet at least 7 inclusion and 7 sustainability criteria (or 14 criteria altogether). These properties will receive priority placement in search results above all others.
Inclusion Heroes are those listed properties who meet 10 or more inclusion criteria. These properties will receive priority placement in search results above those listings without a badge, but below those properties with a Heartful Hero badge.
Sustainability Heroes are those listed properties who meet 10 or more sustainability criteria. These properties will receive priority placement in search results above those listings without a badge, but below those properties with a Heartful Hero badge.
