Sunday is our much loved and restored Queenslander farmhouse accommodation here in Tenterfield that is ideal for a short break or a longer holiday. And a perfect alternative to a traditional B&B or hotel stay in the country!
Built in the early 1900s and set on 15 acres, a stay here gives you and your loved ones an exclusive New England farm experience. Sunday is a comfy family home perfect for couples, friends and families – infants and children are welcome.
In the cooler months our indoor fireplace is the ideal place to relax after a long day of hiking or exploring Tenterfield and beyond. Enjoy dinner or stargazing on our outdoor deck or just look up at from the firepit outside (please note this is seasonally available due to fire restrictions).

Booking Policy
House Rules
This house and property is monitored by security cameras 24/7.
An additional pet fee will be charged separately if pets stay. This is $65 and pets under 10 kg, maximum of 2 dogs only. If guests do not want to pay the pet fee their booking will be cancelled.
Always keep the gate shut and return the key to the lock box. DO NOT TAKE THIS KEY.
Don't park on the grass.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Please remove shoes inside, use provided slippers.
Septic tank - Do not flush wipes or sanitary items. Emergency plumbing charges apply.
No outside fires unless firepit is in use (April - August).
No fire can be left unattended.
No unregistered visitors, respect glamping sites (no trespassing or walking anywhere near this part of the farm).
Off grid water supplies - conserve water (short showers, half flush toilet). Water is drinkable.
Clean BBQ after use. Additional cleaning charges apply otherwise.
$200 for lost keys, extra charges for unauthorised guests $80 pn after arrival.

Cancellation
Firm - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
